Heart Amplifiers are items in the 2007 video game No More Heroes. They are used to increase protagonist Travis Touchdown's maximum amount of health, and can be claimed from chests at the end of each Ranking Battle. Touchdown's health capacity can also be increased by completing Squat Training at Thunder Ryu Bldg., although this method does not technically involve Heart Amplifiers.
